HOW IT STARTED
We ❤︎ OFFF. This year, it will be Rens’ 6th time and Maggie’s 4th time at the conference. The Museu del Disseny holds a truly special place in our hearts and minds.
OFFF feels different than your average business or networking conference. Many speakers go way beyond self-representation and share their own unique and personal story with the audience. Over the years we got to listen to a bunch of amazing speakers that touched and inspired us. And we couldn’t help but notice certain … recurring themes.
So in 2023, while hanging out on the steps outside, drinking rosé and snacking excellent cookies from the museum shop, we created the first ever OFFF bingo card featuring topics like burnout, imposter syndrome and phrases like "Just have fun!".
Fueled by drunk confidence, we decided to make 150 prints of our card and spread them around the festival the next day. From mild annoyance to excitement, the reactions were mixed.
However, our silly little game gained enough traction to catch the attention of Debora Manetti from Zetafonts, a sponsor of OFFF.
This year, we go big! Together with Zetafonts, we proudly present the new, improved and professionalized version of #BINGOFFF. Three different cards, one in every OFFF goodie bag, 75 different topics and themes. And: prizes! We’re beyond excited to play with all OFFF visitors this year.
At the end all that’s left to say is this: Maybe those speakers were right all along. Just have fun. You never know what might happen.
